ANDERSON, Mo. -- Lady Cardinals Soccer started their first week in action strong in a 9-0 victory Friday vs. McDonald County. The game ended after just one half.

The team tallied up 16 total shots on goal, marking a new season high. Dakota DeGraffenreid and Avery Pogue led the way in scoring with 2 goals and 1 assist. Sammy Galardo, Avery Allen, Alex Maturino, Rachel Channel, and Gabby Stodghill each scored a goal as well. Avery Allen finished with 2 assists.

DeGraffenreid leads the team in total goals scored this season with 4.

Webb City travels to Nixa Tuesday to kick off conference play.
