BOLIVAR, Mo. -- The Girl's Cross Country team ran their way to a state tournament appearance, marking their 5th appearance in a row.

The team finished in 2nd place at the district tournament. The team travels to Columboia Friday, November 2nd to try and bring home the title.

DISTRICT TOURNAMENT RESULTS:

3rd - Brooke Hedger: 18:55.21

16th - Olivia Klotz: 20:01.97

20th - Araceli Perez: 20:14.53

22nd - Emma McKinzie: 20:15.68

23rd - Aspen Ritchie: 20:16.26

31st - Brooke Collard: 20:39.09

54th - Amelia Antillon: 21:52.29

Lady Cardinals finished as a team in 2nd place with 84 points, just 5 points behind Kickapoo. The team had a 1:21 1-5 Split with a 19:56 average.
