New Streaming Partnership with Stretch Internet and renewed commitment with KNEO, provides Webb City with great opportunity to expand streaming services.
The Webb City R-7 School District, upon signing an agreement with Stretch Internet and in cooperation with KNEO Radio, is pleased to present the next generation of athletic streaming for Webb City Cardinal athletics.
The District and KNEO were seeking a new provider for the live video portion of Cardinal Sports. Stretch Internet was chosen and will provide the platform to stream video, audio and select live stats, through a customized portal for select home and away contests for various sports.
"For the past several years, we've had conversations about what the schools digital network should look like," said Assistant Superintendent Kevin Cooper. "This marks the culmination of those conversations and with this new agreement with Stretch Internet, it begins an exciting new chapter for Webb City and KNEO."
With the talents of KNEO continuing to produce one of the best high school sports networks in the area, covering Cardinal football, softball, basketball and baseball, the district is hoping to supplement that with additional school produced events.

"More students will have the chance to become a part of this medium and gain new skills outside a classroom environment. And plans are to showcase other teams and organizations throughout our district that have not had the opportunity in the past."
