Webb City shut out Hillcrest to win their home opener 4-0.

With a game played mostly on the Webb City offensive end, the Cardinals scored two goals in each half for the win.

Melia Blair opened the scoring for the Cardinals, scoring twice in first half.  She scored her first goal in the 15th minute and then struck again 10 minutes later.

Sage Cranford and Melia Metcalf each netted goals in the second half.

The Cardinals evened their season record at 2-2.  They will be back in action next Tuesday at home when they battle Cassville.
