Anea Bemo punched in the only goal for the Cardinals in the 70th minute as they defeated Ozark on Thursday night.

In the short history of the girls soccer program, the Cardinals have never defeated the Tigers until now.  In fact, it is also the first goal the Cardinals had scored against Ozark as Webb City had been shutout in all previous contests.

Mileah Metcalf was credited with the assist.

The Cardinals now sit at 11-2 overall and 2-0 in COC action.
